EMPTY CARE SERVICE
This service is offered to all landlords who cannot arrange for their property to be looked after during a vacant period.
Property Leaders will ensure that your property is regularly inspected, relieving you of any unnecessary stress.
This service comprises of:
- Weekly inspection of your property.
- Maintenance and general repairs.
- Removal of all junk mail.
- Payment of utility bills.
- Cleaning service.

Maintenance and services will not be conducted unless prior consent has been obtained from the landlord and Property Leaders have received full payment for the services required.
COST: 5% OF THE PREVIOUSLY ACHIEVED MONTHLY RENTAL INCOME PER MONTH
